Chris grew up playing hockey in the Northern Illinois area in NIHL and Central States leagues. He played midget hockey for the Crystal Lake Leafs and Lake County Atoms organizations. With the Lake County Atoms, he finished 2nd in Central States Midget Major and finished in the final four in state. Chris also played 4 years at NIU and majored in mechanical engineering. After graduating he began working at a manufacturing company in Dekalb as a design engineer. This is Chris’s first year coaching.
