John grew up playing hockey in the Sabers organization. He played high school for Downers Grove South. John started out playing college hockey at ACHA D3 Wright State University followed by 4 years at NIU. John has worked for a summer as an assistant instructor for pro ambitions hockey camp. John has his undergrad degree from NIU in Corporate Communications and is currently working on his masters’ degree in Sport Management from NIU. This is Johns first year coaching.
