The NIU Hockey Program is a non-profit organization, affiliated with the Northern Illinois University. With the limited amount of financial help we receive from Northern Illinois University, the NIU Men's Hockey Program relies heavily on sponsors and donations from businesses and fans to function. Year in and year out, the team needs $75,000-$90,000 in additional funds to operate at a collegiate level. Therefore, we are extremely receptive to sponsorship ideas, whether it be through individual donations or corporate partnerships, we would love to work with you. Thank you to our current sponsors. NIUHockey.com offers an abundance of unique sponsorship opportunities designed to meet each sponsor's objectives. NIUHockey.com has had a consistent sharp rise in traffic from unique visitors. From tacking that started in early 2004 we have see substantial gains in visitors. During the 2004-2005 we were averaging between 1100 and 1600 visitors per month and during the off season we continued to have great traffic. With a number of changes to the NIU Hockey Club we are expecting an even bigger visitor base during the next season with new promotions to attract new talent, fans, sponsors and competing teams.
