Clarion of Bloomington, IL: A Wonderful Place To Stay

A review on TripAdvisor.com for the Clarion of
Bloomington, IL and their excellent customer service!
Richard from the Clarion in Bloomington was very helpful in solving a
problem that we came upon. We are from the Northern Illinois University
Men's Ice Hockey team and recently a Bob Dylan concert in Bloomington
delayed the game times for our Sunday game. Due to check out time at
11am on Sunday and our game not until 7:30pm on Sunday night we ran into
a problem of no where to go for all of that time. After talking to
Richard he was able to get us a few rooms for the afternoon so that we
would have a place to relax for the afternoon before our game. We deal
with at least 10 hotels every year and for the past 4 years I have been
involved with the NIU Men's Ice Hockey team this has been the best
showing of excellent customer service at any hotel we have stayed at!
For him to take his personal time to make sure my trip is the best it
can be diffidently is more then I expect from a hotel. I personally
recommend using the Clarion in Bloomington, IL for any of your trips to
Bloomington, IL.
