2007-2008 Season Details & Updates

With the 2006-2007 season behind us it's time to look forward to next season. Here are all of the latest updates:

 Tryouts

Tryouts for the 2007-2008 season will be held on September 2nd and 3rd.

The times and prices have not been announced yet but stay tuned.

Schedule and Arena

The 2007-2008 schedule has been announced. The team will also be skating at the brand new Leafs Ice Centre in West Dundee, IL. For the first time the NIU Hockey Club will also have its' own exclusive locker room. Driving directions to the rink will be added closer to the season opener.

Ticket Information

Ticket prices have risen this season to help support the hockey team. The new rates can be found on the ticket information page.

Coaching Staff and Front Office

The 2007-2008 coaching staff and front office officers have been updated for the new season on the Staff page.

History

The 2006-2007 team and player statistics have been moved to the History section. Victor Martinez now holds the record for the most Penalty Minutes in one season with 122 minutes.
